Microsoft Teams Direct Routing SaaS Solution: Microsoft Teams Direct Routing enables enterprises to connect their Teams deployment and contact centers or legacy voice platforms to the PSTN or SIP trunk providers via a certified session border controller (SBC).
Customers implementing Teams Direct Routing can either use their Service Provider's SIP Trunk or IP-PBX or they can adopt a bring-your-own-carrier (BYOC) approach to benefit from existing customer-carrier agreements. It also facilitates co-existence with legacy voice, UC and contact center platforms as enterprises migrate to cloud-based solutions. |

Microsoft Teams Operator Connect Accelerator: Microsoft Operator Connect allows end-customers to choose their Carrier operator for PSTN calling directly from the Microsoft Teams admin center. Service providers and carriers then receive lead notifications from Microsoft in the Live Platform. They can then assign the leads to a customer and channel and apply licenses.
